I called the corporate headquarters and explained my situation. They were very helpful after sending in pictures and suggesting which part was needed to correct the problem. I ordered it and replaced the part in 10 minutes and it works great!

Had to replace due to airline bike handling - don’t expect much from the bike handling fee some of them charge you for!
Easy to be order replacement, arrived quickly and easily swapped out and installed new one

I’ve used the case a lot and it’s been excellent
