Excellent support

Those bags are continuously exposed to unprofessionally brutal handling by airport staff. The fact there are internal damages sometimes testifies of the degree of protection these bags offer (as those elements take the shocks instead of our bikes). In this case the base frame defender suffered a crack. Scicon replaced it within 2 days, brilliant support and service.
