Looks a lot sturdier than I imagined and will take the dread of unzipping bag and hoping not to see shifters moved in transit. 2 of last 3 travels. Hopefully will do the intended trick and should do re firmness of the shield. Customer Service received from Sharoon A was second to none. Chapeau
Great extra protection for the handlebars when packing into the Aerocomfort. Wanted to add some extra padding and protect my shifters. Very thick and sturdy padding with good stiffness to it. Really well protected handlebar area. Straps are great to adjust and tighten.

Am so pleased I purchased this as extra protection - especially with the flared shifters. I think there is adequate padding in the aerocomfort bag itself but this just gives me some added piece of mind as it is solidly built. As a bonus, this actually fits around the top of my bag when it's rolled and both fit inside the storage bag. Highly recommend
The handlebar shield definitely adds a confidence inspiring protective layer to the cockpit. I have traveled without it and now with it and I can tel the difference is how the front of the bag responds to harsh airport treatment. This is not only a must but a definite game changer of protection. Highly …highly recommend this.
